How do you check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

Please note that all our products are handcrafted, and processing begins when you order. It can take 5 to 10 days for the product to be made and ready for delivery.

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped. Once shipped, most orders can take anywhere from 2 to 15 days to arrive depending on the country. 

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and will be calculated and applied automatically at the checkout.

Below are our rates:

Romania

We offer free shipping on all orders within Romania over €100. 

For all orders under €100 we offer Shipping at €3.

Shipping timings:

• 2 - 3 working days 

International (Europe)

In all countries part of European Union, we offer free shipping on all orders over €300. 

Shipping timings:

• 3 - 7 working days 

International (outside Europe)

For countries outside of European Union, we offer free shipping on all orders over €300. 

For all orders under €300 we offer Shipping starting from €25.

Shipping timings:

• 5 - 15 working days 

To send the orders, we use Altexpress, which collaborates with DHL, FedEx, GLS, Cargus, and DPD.

All international deliveries (outside of European Union) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

Vat Tax

For sales within the EEC, the prices appearing in the catalog are prices including VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services. For sales outside the EEC, the prices listed in the catalog are exclusive of tax.

Any request related to tax refund and/or intra-community VAT must be made after invoicing of the product(s) referring thereto.
