Thanks for shopping at Buddy Atelier.

You have the right to ask for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order without giving any reason.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We will happily refund orders on all full-priced items, provided the products are new, not worn, washed, or damaged.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (between 5 and 10 working days). 

For any personalized product (initials placed on the bag, wallet, modification of an element of the product, etc.) after the customer's validation, Buddy Atelier does not accept any returns or exchanges.

The procedure for returning products is as follows:

  1. Get hold of your order or invoice number;
  2. With this number, contact us;
  3. The products should be in their original box, pack them and clearly display the Return Number on the outer part of the parcel;
  4. Print the ticket we provide and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
  5. The address to return the product is: Calea Vitan 109 B - 109 D, AP. 3, Bucuresti, Romania
  6. Please note, Buddy Atelier is not responsible for the shipping costs to return.

All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
